Taco Salad

I started my "diet" today.

It has wonderful, delicious recipes.

I began the day with : Oatmeal Pancakes, topped with berries and light maple syrup for breakie, lunch was a grilled chicken salad on a bed of salad and tonight I had the above dish, taco salad.
All soooooo yummy.....
