High Ho , High Ho ...

....its to the gym I go ......

Ok ....like I've said, I'm still in my honeymoon phase of this lifestyle change but I have to confess I feel really good doing it.

My danger time is about 2-3 weeks into a routine.

That is when I need a kick in the backside .......

Can't let the dragon win .....

EXERCISE:
40 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 25 minutes on the circuit
